Each routine is principle based to save time while maximizing results. These will be the foundation from which the customization will build upon.
Training is prescribing routines that can work. Coaching is the intentional support and direction around those routines to ensure they do work. Experienced, individualized direction and support will keep you motivated to stay consistent, as that is so crucial to making any routine successful. Over time, with your feedback through weekly calls, I’ll figure out what works best for you to keep the routines engaging without sacrificing the work.
Either via phone or video call...your choice. we’ll discuss what your goals are, what your training history looks like, what injuries, if any, you’ve had or are dealing with currently, dietary habits and start to get to know one another.
And I'll walk through it with you in great detail. the most perfect plan will deliver sub-par results if the details aren’t communicated, understood and executed.
We’ll communicate ‘as needed’ on a weekly basis, using the combination of method(s) you prefer; calls, skype, facetime, email, snap...really whatever makes sense. this will ensure we’re communicating as clearly as possible and that proper progress is being made.
